WHO WE ARE
Property Investment and Management on the Sunshine Coast
FAA Property operates from Suite 3-7, Level 5, Tower 2 at 55 Plaza Parade, Maroochydore. We're part of the FAA Group, which brings together property investment, finance, accounting and retirement planning under one roof.
Our focus is investment property. We don't list family homes or run Saturday open houses. Every property we source is assessed against investment criteria: yield, growth potential, tenant demand and holding cost. And when it settles, we manage it too.
That end-to-end approach is what sets us apart. Your mortgage broker, accountant, property sourcer and property manager all sit in the same office and share the same file. No chasing different providers. No information falling through the cracks.
