Most appraisals are done within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your property details. If we need to arrange an in-person visit for a more detailed look, we'll let you know.
Not always. We can do a desktop appraisal based on property details, photos and comparable data. For a more precise figure, we may recommend a quick on-site visit, especially for unique or recently renovated properties.
The basics: property address, number of bedrooms, bathrooms and car spaces, and any recent work done. If there's already a tenant, the current weekly rent and lease expiry date help too.
